<li>Guide and inform the development teams in the design of products that meet the organisation’s technical and business requirements</li>
<li>In conjunction with the PM, define product and system specifications that meet not only technical needs but commercial considerations</li>
<li>Appraise products from third party vendors that may meet the product portfolio needs</li>

2. Technical Leadership

<li>Assess new technologies & competing products and inform development teams</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle</li>
<li>Take the technical lead during fire testing programs</li>
<li>Mentor developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team</li>
<li>Advocate for best practices and continuous improvement in development processes and product quality</li>
<li>Oversee the exploitation of intellectual protection opportunities and, conversely, of the associated design constraints to avoid infringements</li>
<li>Guide the Approvals team through the approval process & technical challenges therein</li>
<li>Support rollout of beta products and provide feedback/input during new developments</li>
<li>Communicate and manage product updates to the field</li>

3. Performance Optimization and Maintenance:

5. Product Technical Support

<li>Excellent negotiation, attention to detail, and a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional value and user experience</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment</li>

Focused on innovation, quality and expert engineering.<h1>ARE YOU LOOKING FOR NEW CHALLENGES?</h1>We are currently looking for a:<h1>Product Manager Firetec EU</h1><h2>100% remote (live anywhere in the EU)</h2> <h2>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>·       Manage the Firetec products and systems throughout the entire Product Lifecycle: ideation, development, introduction, growth, maturity, and end-of-life.·       Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining development scope and creating project initiation documentation.·       Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, marketing, purchasing, and sales for successful product development. Manage small scale projects.·       Drive cross-functional product launches and business planning processes.·       Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.·       Provide technical and commercial training for internal and external customers. Collaborate on training materials creation and updates.·       Develop positioning and messaging for Rotarex Firetec products.·       Maintain and enhance costing and pricing tools.
