<div><div><div><h1>Business Continuity Manager</h1><div></div></div>Lieu: Luxembourg, Luxembourg Entreprise: POST Luxembourg <div>    To strengthen its teams, the Corporate IT & enterprise Architecture Department of POST Luxembourgis currently looking for a full time position a Business Continuity Manager (m/f/n)<div><div><div><h2>Your missions</h2></div><div><ul><li>Develop and maintain a business recovery plan and procedure (review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols)</li><li>Conduct risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, and market disruptions</li><li>Identify and collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement recovery operations and methods </li><li>Evaluate the operational risks that might occur due to system failure or human error, which in turn leads to the disruption of business processes</li><li>Recognize the potential threats to operational efficiency and financial stability of the organization</li><li>Develop risk management plans and create strategies to minimize and mitigate risks related to resilience issues and manage project progress to ensure effective implementation</li><li>Contribute to the documentation and planning of internal and external audit findings together with Management and IT Staff and ensure regular audit reporting</li><li>Support the Operational Security Manager on ISO27001 controls and cybersecurity activities. </li><li>Take charge of any other request made by the management considering the professional and personal skills of the employee</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2>Your profile</h2></div><div><ul><li>Master’s Degree (Bac + 5) in Computer Science with significative experience in designing, building and implementing business continuity management system combined with an experience crisis management</li><li>Have a good understanding of Business Continuity Management System and related standards (ISO 22301)</li><li>Have an analytical and critical mindest</li><li>Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work both in an autonomous and in team environment</li><li>Be recognized for organization skills and your analytical mindset</li><li>Be customer and solution driven with a proactive mindset</li><li>Be resilient and be able to remain calm during crisis situations </li><li>Be fluent in English and French.
