We are currently hiring a Call desk Agent - Dutch speaking (M/F)
- In charge of user support: you are the first point of contact for users.
- You manage phone calls and handle the various e-mails by following the procedures.
- You are in charge of encoding and resolving tickets in the tracking software.
- You dispatch the tickets to the expert teams if necessary.
- You are able to respect the contractual call deadlines.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- You are able to use a computer as well as the usual office tools such as Microsoft Suite.
- You have a first experience or interest in the IT field.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools is a real asset.
- You appreciate teamwork and working in an international environment.
- A 13th month at the end of the year or each month
