Simac Professional SA, acteur majeur sur le marché de la fourniture de services informatiques et présent au Luxembourg depuis plus de 20 ans, recherche un Netbackup Engineer pour l'un de ses clients au sein d'une Institution Européenne.

Missions of theNetbackup Engineer :

- Implement, maintain, support and operate Backup infrastructure
- Maintain the high availability of the Backup infrastructure and manage performance
- Troubleshoot, identify Backup & Recovery problems and resolution of incidents
- Problem management
- Ensure assets are updated promptly in CMDB (Asset Management)
- Ensure all changes to systems are recorded and properly executed with approval (Change Management)
- Translate customer requirements into Hardware and Software specifications

Profile of theNetbackup Engineer : :

- You have 3-5 years of experience in Netbackup Infrastructure management
- ITIL oriented
- French and English are mandatory

Technical skills required :

- NetBackup product, Appliancee Veritas
- Scriping: Bash, PowerShell
- OS: Linux/Windows/VMware
- Monitoring and deduplication solution

Experience with Veritas Cluster, NetApp Storagegrid, Service Cloud (AWS / Azure) are considered as an asset.
