Greenfield is proud to collaborate with our client; a leading Real Estate company in their search for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a 6 Months contract with them in order to cover a maternity and a parental leave. The group has warehouses in countries including France, the U.K., and Germany. They have grown significantly in the last couple of years and are looking for a Junior profile to join their finance team and report to the Manager Accounts Payable. You will be working closely with accountants and the Treasury Team, with the objective of organising the running tasks such as payables, and working under minimal supervision.

What you will do:
• Monitoring day-to-day administrative matters of investment portfolios
• Payment processing and maintaining payment control list
• Maintaining cash books
• Arranging and monitoring the signature of corporate documents and managing other administrative tasks
• Ability and willingness to build and maintain positive working relationships
Your profile and background:
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Italian, Portuguese or German would be a strong advantage
• Strong attention to details and strong organizational and communication skills
• Self- starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• High school degree
• Very good Knowledge of MS Office standard applications
• Very strong attention to detail and
• Customer-service oriented, able to interact with tact and diplomacy with colleagues and visitors
