Assistant Manager - Your Role :
- Compliance Management: Overseeing daily compliance activities to ensure accurate reporting and resolve issues.
- Investor Due Diligence: Reviewing onboarding and due diligence of client structures and investors.
- Risk Monitoring: Conducting daily screenings and reviewing transaction reports for high-risk activities.
- Audit and Process Support: Assisting in audits, enhancing compliance systems, and updating policies.
- Client Assistance: Addressing client inquiries with timely, accurate reporting
Assistant Manager - Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or law.
- At least 2 years of experience in fund compliance in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of AIFMD, CSSF Circulars, and compliance in Luxembourg's fund sector.
- Proficiency in French and English, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
