Your Mission

You will be part of CBRE’s dynamic Letting & Sales team conquering the Luxembourg office market. Within our department you will be responsible as a consultant for expanding CBRE’s market share by prospecting small-size and mid-size corporates for your clients, i.e. national and international landlords, investors and REITs. You will be in charge to define a letting strategy with your clients for their office portfolio and develop a long-term relationship with existing and new clients, corporate and public identities.

Your responsibilities will include

• Actively prospecting and generating new leads & instructions (cold calling, emailing, telemarketing, networking and pitching);
• Present the various services CBRE can offer to new leads and existing clients;
• Prospection of new clients and prospects;
• Database management;
• Holding client/occupants’ meetings;
• Building visits; 
• Negotiation of lease and sales transactions;
• Renegotiation of existing leases;
• Client/occupant retention;
• Manage Building Mandates; 
• Determine a commercialization strategy for the running mandates; 
• Networking on owners and occupiers side;
• Prospection. 

Your profile

• You have at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Developer or in a similar commercial role;
• You are a true salesperson with a focus on meeting the very needs of your clients with strong negotiating and selling skills;
• You are service oriented with a particular focus in delivering a world class expertise;
• Improving skills on a day-to-day basis is part of your DNA;
• An experience within a real estate agency, office, or similar environment would be advantageous;
• You are fluent in French and English; German would be a serious advantage;
• You have a friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills, especially empathy and diplomacy, capable to generate and build long-term relationships with clients;
• You are able to work together with your colleagues as one team;
• You like working in the field, participate to networking events on a very regular basis and you have started to develop a sound network;
• Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline and responsibility, you have the ability to work well under pressure, as part of a team or on your own;
• You are diligent with a “can-do” attitude.
