A great opportunity for a Corporate Manager to join one of the world's leading private multi-asset alternative investment firm.
Working as part of the Company's Private Equity team, the individual will be
responsible for the management of our corporate administration team. Duties will include
management and review of operations of the team, ensuring best practices and efficient
processes are in place. You will work closely with a number of Luxembourg team members on a
day-to-day basis. The role will require the individual to stay up-to-date on legal/regulatory
matters.
Your Responsibilities
* Review deliverables of the corporate team (draft incorporation deeds, notarial deeds, board minutes, proxies, shareholders resolutions, annual general meetings, attendance lists, registers, etc.);
* Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of legal matters;
* Developing best practices and templates to be used by the team;
* Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations;
* Studying contracts/agreements and legal documents ensuring best interest for stakeholders;
* Liaising within the global organisation's relevant departments to ensure consistency in approach documentation;
* Minuting business review board meetings;
* Project management ;
* Managing mentoring a small team.
Your Profile
* Master degree in law, finance or economics;
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar function in Luxembourg, preferably in a law firm, corporate services provider, asset manager;
* AIFM Fund experience will be considered as an advantage;
* Outstanding knowledge concerning Luxembourg corporate law and regulation;
* Strong Microsoft office skills;
* Fluent in English and French, German or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
* Meticulous attention to detail with the focus on high-quality output;
* Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, be a self-starter, and work autonomously;
* Be eager to learn, proactive;
* Strong organisation skills (Excellent analytical and logical abilities);
* Strong management/coaching skills, team player;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
