About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.

As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide international investment managers with a comprehensive custody and banking service to meet their alternative investment strategies.

Your Role:

• You will be the relationship owner for a group of clients (Private Equity and Real Estate Funds, Fund of Hedge Funds and Single Manager Funds using Prime Brokers).
• You will be the point of escalation for client issues, operational issues, and risk events.
• You will be responsible for fund on-boarding and risk assessments.
• You will manage operational team performing cash flow monitoring, investment and borrowing restriction checks, oversight of administration and safekeeping of other asset.
• You will participate in the on-site inspections of AIFM, administrators and ongoing due diligence of sub-custodians.
• You will enhance depositary procedures, review programs and checklists, as well as liaise with internal audit, compliance, risk and control teams.
• You will attend client service meetings / board meetings.
• You will assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.

About You:

• You have a third level business / fiancé / legal qualification and a minimum of 6 years operational experience in the alternative funds industry;
• You are experienced working with some of the following assets classes - private equity, infrastructure, debt or real estate investment funds;
• You display in depth knowledge of depositary duties and responsibilities;
• You are an experienced people’s manager;
• You have strong written and spoken English.
