Experienced Risk Analyst - AIFM - Asset Management

This is a great opportunity to work directly with the head of risk of a Super ManCo based in the City centre. You will join a small team and be given a large diversity of responsibilities around their investments that cover both traditional asset classes as well as private equity and private debt investments.

Your Responsibilities

- Follow-up of the investment funds under management
- Development of algorithms (with VBA) or Access-based reports
- Creation of stress-tests
- Automation of existing processes in order to meet the regulatory requirements for Ucits and AIFM funds.
- Draft various reports for the portfolio managers, the board of managers, the investors and the regulators.
- You will work closely with the middle office and compliance team of the ManCo and be in regular contact with internal and external counterparties (auditors, depositary banks, fund administrators, portfolio managers …).

Your Profile

- University degree in finance or risk completed with 3-5-years of experience in the funds industry, preferably within private equity or distressed debt
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Access and VBA. Knowledge of Bloomberg would be a strong asset
- Good financial market knowledge
- Successful experience in risk management (market, credit, counterparties, liquidity, operational)
- Fluent in French and English (both languages are mandatory).
- Proactive, rigorous, quick-learner, team player with excellent communication skills
