· Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or other quantitative area or other degree with equivalent experience.

In this position, you will assess investment opportunities in Real Estate and Engineering, and provide guidance to the Business partners within the Amazon EU Fulfillment Centers network. This role will have heavy impact and high visibility to essential, business-critical processes, and will require interactions with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for investment analysis, creation of financial models, assessing alternative financing options and providing thorough data-driven recommendations. You will leverage your educational and applied work experience to lead initiatives to recognize and drive investment and cost savings opportunities within the Fulfillment Center network.

Key Responsibilities:
· Create financial analysis ROI and NPV models driving Real Estate, Construction and Engineering decisions across the EU Operations Fulfillment network
· Assess financial viability of investment projects within the Customer Fulfillment network.
· Work with internal stakeholders and business leaders on outlining and executing strategic initiatives in areas of Real Estate, Construction and Engineering.
· Collaborate with Operations to model, drive process improvements, and cost savings initiatives.
· Proactively work with the Business Partners on root cause analyses and solution implementation.
