Finance Manager - Your Responsibilities:
As Finance Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Head of Finance and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the group's financial function locally and internationally. Your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial operations for multiple group entities
- Preparing and reviewing financial reporting (IFRS) and contributing to consolidation processes
- Managing a team of two managers, one senior, one junior, and supervising an outsourcing team
- Ensuring timely and accurate closings, reports, and financial deliverables
- Taking part in the department's transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Acting as a strategic support to the Head of Finance on key decisions
Finance Manager - Your profile:
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4/5 or financial service provider
- Strong expertise in reporting, IFRS, consolidation, and team management
- Solid command of Workday or similar financial software
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude
