An international financial institution is opening a new office in Luxembourg as part of its European growth strategy and is looking for a Head of Finance to lead this exciting setup.

Finance Manager - Your responsibilities:
- Set up and lead finance function in Luxembourg
- Supervise accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, and audit processes
- Coordinate with service providers and manage SPVs
- Prepare Lux GAAP and IFRS reports, including group consolidation
- Partner with senior management on strategic finance initiatives
- Drive analytical reporting tools and process improvements
- Serve as key point of contact with regulators and auditors
Finance Manager - Your profile:
- 5-10 years' experience in finance/controlling/accounting, ideally starting in a Big 4 or fund environment
- Strong technical background in accounting, tax, and reporting
- Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and drive
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Luxembourg investment structures
