We are seeking a Strategic Operations & Finance Lead on behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the finance industry. This role is pivotal in partnering with the CFO to manage key functions across finance, HR, compliance, and office management, ensuring both growth and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead important projects, optimize processes, manage risks, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Additionally, this role involves supporting HR and office management with a proactive, hands-on approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CFO to shape and implement strategic goals, lead key projects, and address challenges.
  • Oversee and improve finance, HR, compliance, and office management functions, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
  • Enhance and manage the risk and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain reliable and accurate financial reporting systems, support budget management, and perform financial analysis.
  • Assist with HR processes and office management tasks to create a positive and efficient work environment.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FinTech or finance.
  • Strong background in financial operations, including cash and risk management.
  • Fluent in English and French with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg financial compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
