German-speaking Corporate Officer – Service provider

An independent service provider, expert in tax and domiciliation services is currently looking to recruit a German-speaking Corporate Officer. The company is ideally located in Luxembourg-city and works with clients all around the globe. Hence, the possibility to practice your language skills and work on a diversity of files!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Take care of all corporate matters with regard to Luxembourg companies
• Participate in the day-to-day management of these companies
• Prepare board and shareholder meetings, organize incorporations, mergers and liquidations
• Liaise with clients, local notaries, public authorities and banks.
• Cooperate with the company’s other departments to ensure full monitoring of all transactions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar position in Luxembourg, preferably in a service provider.
• Sound knowledge of Luxembourg company law
• Fluent in both German and English, French being considered as a strong asset
• Independent worker and team-player at the same time
