Our client is an international and innovative company offering tailor-made solutions to their clients. In order to reinforce their Management Team, we are actively looking for a Head of Digital Marketing
Description
You will be responsible for the marketing team and the marketing activities of the company across all channels. You will manage a team of 6 FTEs and the collaboration with our agencies. Under you predecessor, the company has set up a strong brand marketing and we're now counting on you to build the same strong basis for our digital marketing
In order to do so, you'll answer to our CEO and be part of our management team. You'll further work in close collaboration with a lot of internal stakeholders like our sales, IT and operations team
Profile
- You are a born digital marketeer and have at least 4-5Y relevant experience
- You are very familiar with Google Adwords, SEO and SMO
- You have directly or indirectly managed a (small) marketing team and like to invest time in your team
- You're able to define a multi-channel marketing plan & calendar based on an ambitious objective to reach
- You are a team player and will collaborate with your colleagues to define and execute the best campaigns and to reach the company's ambitious objectives
- When prioritizing you display a high level of business sense and pragmatism
- You are customer centric and will always take the customer into account when making work decisions
- You are open minded, proactive and embracing diversity in your environment
- You speak fluent French & English
