Your responsabilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for comprehensive HR administrative support, from onboarding to offboarding employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Employee Documentation Management: Draft, manage, and oversee contracts, amendments, certificates, and other documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination: Handle the administrative processes for new hires and leavers, including checklists, background checks, IT setup, medical exams, trial period tracking, and more.
- HR Systems and Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work Permits Management: Provide guidance and oversee the application, renewal, and tracking of work permits.
- HR Support Services: Manage HR mailboxes and respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Payroll & Benefits Backup: Assist with payroll preparation, processing, and benefits administration as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in HR projects and suggest process improvements in HR administration.
Requirements
Your profile
- Experience:You have at least 5 years of experience in HR (either within various companies or with a service company), and you’re now looking to join an internal HR department to broaden your expertise.
- Languages:You’re fluent in both French and English, essential for thriving in this international setting.
- HR Skills: You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with HR administrative functions.
- Interpersonal Skills:You enjoy teamwork, communicate effectively, and are skilled at prioritizing tasks.
