HR BUSINESS PARTNER - CDD 6 MONTHS (M/F)
 
DO Recruitment Advisors is recruiting a HR Business Partner for a large international bank. The successful candidate will participate in Talent Development related activities, review of HR best practices, administration of HR related processes, delivery of performance management and educational assistance. In addition, the role will focus on day-to-day risk mitigation and providing strategical guidance on HR policies and programmes to internal clients including both Managers and Employees.
 
THE JOB:
-    Build and maintain an understanding of the business and foster strong business relationships with partners at all levels
-    Consult with managers on supporting a culture committed to employee engagement, development and growth by coaching and advising managers on talent assessment, career planning, and performance management processes
-    Facilitate communication among partners and management; providing guidance to managers and partners on dispute resolution, disciplinary action, career development, regulatory compliance, problem solving, reductions in force and litigation avoidance
-    Participate in employee relations investigations and conduct research into matters, including litigation requests, if appropriate
-    Advise managers on change initiatives that impact people. 
-    Support Human Resource strategies, programs and initiatives to attract, develop and retain the very best people
-    Maintain an awareness of and partner with Talent Acquisition to help achieve a high quality talent pipeline
-    Attend relevant management and departmental meetings to ensure HR actions support key business initiatives
-    Monitor and analyse data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, risks, and issues that could impact business results.  Operationalize HR initiatives, quantifying results, and monitor /measure effectiveness
-    Ensure compliance on HR-related company guidelines and policies
-    Perform exit interviews, identify trends & provide proactive solutions to mitigate unwanted turnover
-    Provide reporting and recommendations for assigned business groups
-    Participate to corporate HR projects and other functional and cross functional initiatives if needed
 
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-    Experience within a generalist Human Resources environment & as a HRBP, ideally gained in financial services/professional services
-    Fluency in English & French is required - Knowledge  of German is a plus
-    Comfortable dealing with a broad range of HR issues
-    Strong analytical ability and excellent oral and written communication skills
-    Will suit a positive and energetic personality with a calm and professional approach to work related matters
-    A proven track record of delivery and driving projects through to completion

Our client is a large international bank based in Luxembourg.
