IT Production officer

Your day to day

Monitoring & Incident Management

  • Monitor production platforms daily to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Proactively detect and resolve incidents using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Oversee end-of-day processing, ensuring accurate execution of transactions.
  • Document start and end-of-day processes to maintain clear audit trails.

Helpdesk Management & User Support

  • Assist in Helpdesk management, handling intervention and development requests.
  • Provide first-level support to users when needed.

Supplier Management & IT Maintenance

  • Work with the Head of IT to manage supplier relationships and maintain updated tools.
  • Install and test updates and patches to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

KPI Tracking & Reporting

  • Produce KPIs on IT production status for performance evaluation.
  • Report operational risks to the Risk Department and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Log and document incidents in SUN and/or GLPI for efficient tracking.

Profil :

Hard Skills

  • Strong IT production and operational task management skills.
  • Ability to identify and escalate data integrity and reporting discrepancies.
  • Solid understanding of banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting.
  • Troubleshooting skills for PC-related issues and first-level support.
  • Experience with AS400 / Olympic for regulatory reporting and data processing.
  • Ability to collect, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Strong documentation and compliance skills for regulatory reporting.
