We’re excited to assist our client, a highly regarded boutique firm, in recruiting for a key advisory position within their private wealth team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with ultra-high-net-worth families on complex estate planning, cross-border tax structuring, and wealth management solutions. In a collaborative and discreet environment, you’ll contribute to tailored strategies while continuing to grow your expertise across legal, tax, and investment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise ultra-high-net-worth families on legal, tax, and estate planning matters, with a focus on cross-border and European regulations.
- Help structure and manage complex wealth portfolios, including trusts, foundations, and other vehicles.
- Conduct legal and tax research to ensure compliance with evolving local and international laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized solutions and maintain high client confidentiality.
- Oversee daily management of client affairs, including financial reporting, investment analysis, and meeting preparation.
- Support business development across Europe and identify opportunities to refer clients to other in-house services.
- Role include some business trips across other European locations.
Desired Profile:
- University degree in Taxation or Law.
- Proven exposure to Luxemburgish and French tax regulations and cross-border structuring
- At least 1 or 2 years’ experience as accountant in Luxembourg
- Excellent proficiency in English (additional languages, particularly French or German, will be an advantage, given the multinational nature of the teams).
- Analytical mindset
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Eligible to live and work in Luxembourg
