About Our Client
Our client, a well-established company in Luxembourg known for its dynamic management and multicultural approach, is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join its team. The company operates in modern offices and fosters a collaborative environment with a flat hierarchy.
As a Junior Office Manager, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to the company.
Junior Office Manager - Your responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks: managing correspondence, organizing documents, and tracking internal files.
- Corporate support: assisting with AML/KYC projects, supporting the onboarding process, and creating client files.
- Collaboration with different departments in a French- and English-speaking environment.
Junior Office Manager - We are looking for someone who is:
- Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and digitalized environment.
- Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Mandatory experience of 2 to 3 years in the function in Luxembourg.
Junior Office Manager - What we offer:
- Permanent contract with an annual gross salary of 50 000€.
- Meal vouchers (10,80€ per day).
- Annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
- Yearly salary review.
- Flexible working hours for a better work-life balance.
