Lawyer - Join a leading Life Insurance Company

Our client, a Luxembourgish Life insurance company is looking for a Lawyer for the Italian Market. Join a dynamic a solid infrastructure with strong commitment from its employees.

Missions:

• You manage disputes and handle all external requests addressed to you
• You deal, in direct collaboration with a law firm, with questions relating to contracts related to the Spanish market
• You provide training on legal, tax or asset management topics to all employees
• You write and analyze the acts and contracts that bind the company, ensuring their compliance with the legislation and the protection of the interests of the company
• You closely examining any legislation or regulations that could have an impact on the company's activities.

Profile:

• A minimum experience of 3 years in Life Insurance
• Master’s Degree in Law
• Fluent in Italian and French
• You have strong knowledge in Italian Tax
