Manager Private Equity - Structuring - F/M

Our client is a well-established player in the Private Equity sector, recognized for its strong track record and dynamic expansion.
They are seeking a talented and motivated Manager Private Equity F/M to join their team based in Luxembourg. In this role, you will provide hands-on operational and financial support for the company’s investments. This includes the implementation and administration of holding companies, assistance with all aspects of deal structuring, and managing relationships with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, and other third-party service providers.
Main responsibilities:
- Work alongside deal teams to implement the legal and tax structuring of acquisitions made by the group’s funds. This includes designing the structure jurisdiction, financial instruments, legal and tax constraints, setting up holding companies, and managing closing and post-closing matters.
- Oversee post-closing transactions such as M&A, carve-outs, refinancings, and exits.
- Model and analyze the capital structures of holding companies.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the holding companies, including supervision of accounting, legal, and tax matters.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers, including oversight of accountants, banks, auditors, and lawyers.
- Monitor and supervise the accounting, tax, and legal aspects of the portfolio companies.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience gained in Luxembourg in the management or administration of holding structures within Private Equity funds, or a strong background in consultancy within the Private Equity sector (within a Big 4 firm).
- Strong interest in corporate finance, private equity, and financial modelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure, adapt to change, and deliver results in challenging and fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French is essential; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or German are an asset.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire for long-term career development.
