ORGANISATION

INCERT is a center of expertise providing products and services based on knowledge and experience acquired in cryptography, public key infrastructure, eTravel document, biometry and artificial intelligence.

Established since 2012, INCERT is a public agency owned by the State of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. INCERT also represents and defends Luxembourg’s national interests at European and international standardization committees.

Within the scope of its current activities and its incoming ones, INCERT is now recruiting a Marketing and Communication manager as a permanent position.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have to assume following responsibilities:

Marketing & pre-sale research

  • Perform market researches and competitive intelligence activities related to the ICT and cybersecurity sector.
  • Create marketing and sale packages together with the sales team for all INCERT products and services for both the public and private sectors.
  • Promote products and services in target markets.
  • Identify and assess potential prospects or technological, commercial and/or strategic partners, and manage the established partnerships.
  • Manage follow-up reporting activities on prospects/customer relationships.

Communication

  • Create editorial supports such as press releases, articles, marketing and commercial documents, and ensure their distribution.
  • Establish the annual communication plan.
  • Write and distribute content to promote INCERT's brand, products and services.
  • Supervise all internal and external communications for INCERT, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for the medias to ensure that the brand remains top of mind.
  • Manage promotional activities related to the INCERT products and services (such as participation in a trade show or conference, development of marketing materials, and production of press articles).

 

YOUR PROFILE

General

  • Having a strong interest in ICT and cybersecurity subjects.
  • Capacity to create technical - ICT and cybersecurity – content, and to make it understandable to unspecialized audience.

Technical skills and education

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience within a similar role (agency or internal role in an ICT or cybersecurity company).
  • Hold a Master degree or relevant diploma in marketing or communication.
  • Strong knowledge in:
    • Microsoft Office.
    • Wordpress, SquareSpace, InDesign, Canva, Flaticon and Powtoon.
  • Experience in web design would be considered as an asset.
  • Be fluent in French and English.
