Marketing Officer (m/f/x)

For our Marketing Management department within General Services, we are looking for:

Marketing Officer (m/f/x)

Missions :

• Participate in the implementation of the marketing plan aimed at achieving the objectives of a specific service.
• Proactively organize events, activities with media, sponsorship, and marketing communications.
• Collaborate with the Communication and Sales teams to enhance the impact of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the budget of the marketing department is respected and that the back-office actions follow the department activity.
• Analyze the results of the marketing actions to refine future strategies and maximize the impacts.
• Ensure the backup of the Marketing Managers when needed.

Profil requis:

Minimum required criteria

• Provide a university degree in Marketing or Communication and/or a proven experience on a similar position.
• Be able to work in autonomy and in a team.
• Show good communication skills and a client-oriented mind-set.
• Show excellent communication skills in English, French and/or German (spoken and written).
• Be familiar with current IT office and Marketing tools.
• Accept Duty Travel.
• Show good negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, creativity and be able to take initiatives.
• Be multi-tasking, show a good sense of flexibility and adaptability.
• Show good organizational and analytical skills.

Desired or to be acquired criteria

• Have an experience in projects and brand management.
• Prove an experience in Marketing or Communication.

• Provide an effort in the undeveloped language and have some knowledge of Luxembourgish.

The ideal candidate

• Knowledge of Luxemburgish, German or any other language is considered as asset.
