We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional for a role as NAV Oversight Administrator F/M within an AIFM.
In this role, you will support the full operational cycle of funds and SOPARFIs, with a strong focus on accounting, financial reporting, and investor relations.
 
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of funds and SOPARFIs, with a particular focus on accounting and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the quarterly Net Asset Valuation (NAV) process: review reports and ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  •  Coordinate and prepare individual investor reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  •  Act as a liaison with internal departments and external service providers (fund accountants, custodians, auditors, tax advisors, etc.).
  •  Lead the liquidity planning and payment processes for funds and SOPARFIs: manage investment payouts, perform reconciliations, escalate discrepancies, and ensure proper communication with service providers.
  •  Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to increasing operational efficiency.

 
Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting and administration.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with financial data and large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems/tools is a plus.
