Sales Analyst

Your tasks

You will support and autonomously manage different Promotional items Procurement projects and activities in order to overall support the Gadgets' Procurement Category Leader by:

Main Tasks:

•          Suppliers Qualification (i.e. Master Agreements, financial assessment, Insurance Liability)

•          Suppliers Performances assessment;

•          Suppliers Request for Quotation and Negotiation;

•          Promotional items development coordination (i.e. quality assessment, creative and technical development, co-packing)

•          Gadgets catalogue’s administration;

•          Projects Gant definition

•          Promotional items Certification costs’ orders-invoicing flow;

•          Volume Planning and leftover monitoring;

•          Purchase orders coordination;

•          Costs controlling support;

•          Production and Delivery Schedule securing and supervision

•          PDP Gadgets procurement tasks administration

•          Main Projects managed: Gadgets Catalogue, Volume Planning, Costs control, Development process, Laboratory Certification Flow, Delivery Schedule, Gadgets Orders coordination, PDP administration

•          Relations to: Marketing (Category and Area Mktg , Local Mktg), Quality, Technical Packaging, Legal, Controlling, Tax, Local Procurement, Central Planning and Supply Chain, Plants Local Documentation & Local Material,  IT

Your profile

•          You have a master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields;

•          You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian will be considered an asset;

•          You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge will be considered an asset;

•          You are multi-tasking and you can manage complex workflow with different stake-holders’ coordination;

•          You have strong organizational and analytical skills and you have a proactive, multitasking and flexible approach;

•          You have a solid knowledge of marketing and promotion.
