Profile

• Passion for recruitment: A genuine enthusiasm for human resources and recruitment, with a desire to find the best talent for our customers ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: The ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients, and build lasting relationships by understanding their specific needs. Also, to excel in your tasks, a good knowledge of French and English is required;
• Proactivity and initiative: A spirit of initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to meet changing market needs;
• Results orientation: Motivation to meet and exceed targets, with a positive and persevering attitude;
• Team spirit: Willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals;
