We are currently seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist (m/f/d) for our client’s growing Finance department in Luxembourg. 

Key Responsibilities

As as Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will report to the Head of Regulatory Reporting and Finance Controlling. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting to CSSF and BCL.
  • Conducting data quality checks and analytical reviews of regulatory reporting.
  • Assisting in BS capital planning, ICAAP, and Pillar III preparations.
  • Optimizing processes, improving data quality, and streamlining interfaces between systems.
  • Supporting the Head of Finance on ad hoc management board requests related to regulatory requirements, ratio calculations, and capital planning impacts.
  • Assisting with both external and internal audits.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of banking regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Strong expertise in IFRS, LUXGAAP, and general accounting regulations.
  • Proven skills in regulatory risk reporting, including LCR, NSFR, ALMM, COREP, LR, and LAREX.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
