Risk Manager

An established and expanding Luxembourg Alternative Investments Fund Manager is looking to hire a Risk Manager of Conducting Officer calibre already approved by CSSF. You will have an opportunity to be a part of a human-sized team and to work on Luxembourg and other European Funds.

Your Responsibilities

Identify, Analyze and Advise on the Management of the following risks:
* Individual Assets and Investments
* Portfolios
* Operational
* Reputational
* Ensure high-quality and timely reports for senior management, the Board and the CSSF
* Reporting duties including: Monthly Conducting Officers meetings, Quarterly Risk Reports to the Board, Semi-annual AIFMD Risk reports
* Assist in answering queries from the CSSF, Internal Auditors, External Auditors
* Review PPMs, Board Resolutions, Investment Committee minutes for compliance with regulations and investment guidelines
* Cooperate closely and share the workload with the Compliance Officer on all the grey areas in between the two functions

Your Profile

* Already accepted by the CSSF in the role of Risk Manager, which implies the necessary experience
* Excellent and updated knowledge of Luxembourg AIFM and Fund regulations
* Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment
* Autonomous, open and client oriented
* Good knowledge of Risk Management tools
* Fluent spoken and written English
