This role is a mix of farming and hunting :
The farming activities will translate into a couple of objectives:
Guarantee the highest customer satisfaction level
Attend Monthly Service Reviews
Understand the needs and challenges of the customers and subsequent sales opportunities
Besides customer portfolio management and farming activities, your main focus will be geared towards hunting activities with the objective to generate incremental revenue, continuously looking at relevant market opportunities
Together with Strategic Marketing and Demand Generation, you will contribute to the identification and development of marketing campaigns and subsequent marketing qualified leads
Your responsibilities include active calling of sales qualified leads (SQL), converting SQLs into sales opportunities, continuously updating our CRM system and closing sales opportunities, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
To be successful in this role, you need to:
Selling Service contracts within the following vertical markets: Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities,…
Good understanding or experience in the Funds Industry in general
Good knowledge of Financial activities and offerings
Good awareness of the Luxembourg/European financial regulatory framework
Proven sales experience records
Have a good knowledge of IT
Excellent relationship account management skills, customer experience & CRM oriented
Be results and target driven
Understands Sales & Marketing Automation /Campaign Management
Outstanding presentation skills
Developed oral and written communication skills in French and English. German is an added value
