Senior AML/Compliance Officer : The Function

  • Overseeing AML and compliance obligations with a strong focus on risk management and control.
  • Prepare and deliver AML/KYC reports, manage internal reporting processes, and coordinate compliance-related actions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain internal policies and frameworks, including monitoring plans, while ensuring alignment with MiFID, GDPR, and DORA regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with subsidiaries and oversee outsourced compliance activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engage with local authorities and ensure full readiness for potential CSSF approval (pre-approval by the CSSF would be an advantage).
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance challenges in line with both local and European regulatory requirements.

Senior AML/Compliance Officer : Your Profile

  • You hold a Master in Business Law or in a similar field
  • Fluent in French and English (any other languages will be a plus)
  • Previous experience of at least 4 years as a AML/Compliance in Luxembourg is mandatory for this position
  • You are a proactive person, able to work in autonomy but also to be part of a team
  • Knowledge of funds (AIFM/UCITS/PE/RE) will be a strong asset for this position
  • An interest for marketing techniques will be appreciated
