Senior Business Analyst

Your Day-to-Day:

• Create and maintain business documentation, including business requirements summaries and user stories.
• Conduct business analysis within large financial organizations, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
• Design and implement data models and manage data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Lead business process modeling efforts, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with teams using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Support the testing phase by defining test scenarios and ensuring business applications meet specified requirements.
• Assist in the documentation of data governance frameworks, business rules, and data rules.
• Contribute to the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions to improve data analysis capabilities.

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or another relevant field, or equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in creating business documentation such as requirements summaries or user stories.
• At least 7 years of business analysis experience in large financial organizations (over 500 employees).
• Proven experience in data modeling and data management.
• Experience with UX/UI design is a plus.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Expertise in defining test scenarios and conducting business application testing.
• Experience in business process modeling and optimization.
• Strong background in data governance, business rules, or data rule documentation.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence solutions.
