A Luxembourg-based PSF, established over 10 years ago and initially launched with a team of 15, is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to strengthen its team due to continued growth. This company, now boasting 75 employees spread across two distinct entities, offers high-quality services comparable to the largest providers in the fields of accounting, compliance, corporate, and tax services. Senior Corporate Officer - Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full administration of Luxembourg entities such as Soparfis, Holdings, and securitization vehicles (incorporation, drafting minutes, maintaining the RCS register, etc.).
  • Actively participating in drafting and revising minutes during board meetings.
  • Liaising with various external parties such as banks, notaries, auditors, and other legal advisors.
  • Maintaining rigorous management of legal files and archiving.
  • Supervising and collaborating with a team of four, consisting of a manager, two Assistant Managers, and a Corporate Officer.

Senior Corporate Officer - Desired Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Finance with a specialization in Corporate Law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the administration of Luxembourg companies, particularly in the Soparfis sector or securitization vehicles.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and Italian would be highly appreciated.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents and knowledge of Luxembourg's regulatory framework.
  • Experience with registers and legal filings with the RCS.

Senior Corporate Officer - What we offer:

  • Annual salary around €70,000, paid over 12 months.
  • 25 days of remote work per year.
