Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Legal – Corporate – PFS – Funds – AIF - UCITS

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the legal and administrative life-cycle of SOPARFI/Holding companies.

•Incorporation and Liquidation: Oversee the establishment and maintenance of the entities, up until their dissolution.
•Corporate Governance: Lead the management and coordination of corporate governance and their day-to-day lifecycle.
•Board Meeting Coordination: Facilitate and organize board meetings, drafting agenda items, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes to ensure proper record-keeping.
•Collaborative Leadership and Coaching: Under the supervision of the department’s manager, allocate missions and review deliverables of the more junior team members. <br>

•Are you a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in fiduciary, PSF, or asset management firms in Luxembourg? Then this opportunity is great for you.
•English written and spoken is a prerequisite for the role, as well as good knowledge of French.
•Showcase your expertise as you navigate through the complete lifecycle of client portfolio management, from incorporation to liquidation/dissolution.
