The position consists in assisting the Finance Manager in its duty of financial monitoring, oversight, and the day-to-day management of Private Equity investment vehicles (Funds of Funds).
It includes the following:
- Ensure quality support for the fast-growing Private Equity business with focus on the Fund of Funds business & Secondary transactions;
- Issue capital calls/distributions to investors and monitor cash flows;
- Process and control all capital calls and distributions from target investments;
- Monitoring cash movements and preparation of the related reporting;
- Review of NAV and Waterfall;
- Coordination of administration and documentation with Legal department;
- Coordinate accounting, reporting, and controlling with Fund controllers;
- Coordination of the audit processes and the tax statements preparation;
- Assisting with transactions and valuations.
Education/Experience:
- Master Degree in Accounting or Finance
- As from 4 YOE in the Fund Industry or in a Finance Department
Skills/Knowledge:
- Autonomous and dynamic
- Hands on approach and ability to multitask
- Rigorous and detail oriented- Team spirit - Strong oral and written communication skills / French and English are required - Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.), Efront knowledge is an asset
