Senior Legal Counsel - Role
- Working closely where appropriate with external legal advisors.
- Advising on AIFMD and MIFID related matters.
- Working on fund launches and prospectus drafting.
- Working on fund restructurings and matters related to the funds' holdings.
- Assisting in the CSSF filing of financial statements.

Senior Legal Counsel - Profile
- Minimum 4 years' experience, ideally in a Law firm or a Management Company
- List I or List IV is highly appreciated
- Experience in Funds, General corporate is appreciated
- English & Italian mandatory, French is a plus
