Senior Legal Counsel - Role
  • Working closely where appropriate with external legal advisors.
  • Advising on AIFMD and MIFID related matters.
  • Working on fund launches and prospectus drafting.
  • Working on fund restructurings and matters related to the funds' holdings.
  • Assisting in the CSSF filing of financial statements.

Senior Legal Counsel - Profile
  • Minimum 4 years' experience, ideally in a Law firm or a Management Company
  • List I or List IV is highly appreciated
  • Experience in Funds, General corporate is appreciated
  • English & Italian mandatory, French is a plus
