Senior Risk & Compliance Consultant (m/f)

About the role

Lead regulatory projects in the domain of compliance and risk management in the banking or the investment fund sector
Provide high level expertise and consultancy in risk management and compliance
Pro-actively identify situations with high compliance, liquidity, counterparty or operational risk : document on business consequences and develop procedures and policies to remediate
Advice on Business Development projects : creation of new products and services compliant with the regulatory regime and investment restrictions
Optimization and automation of risk management and compliance processes : Value at Risk based exposures, stress testing, investment restrictions
Assist customers launching a new financial activity in Luxembourg or abroad
Support with the production of KIID (Key Investor Information Document)
Manage the AIFMD reporting process
Fund notification, registration and distribution

What we value

University degree in a significant field such as: Law, Economics and Finance, accounting
You have a relevant experience of minimum 5 years in the investment fund sector / management company with specific experience in risk and compliance functions
Excellent knowledge of the regulations, the key actors and the legislation governing the financial sector in Luxembourg
High degree of self-motivation and should be able to take the initiative to resolve problems
Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner
Fluent in English both written and oral. Any other language would be considered as an asset
