Senior Tax Reporting Officer (FA) Asset Management

As the Senior Tax Reporting Officer, your role will be to produce tax related data and yearly tax certification for the Luxembourg-domiciled funds of this established asset manager.

Your responsibilities

* Preparation of the daily tax figures for all the funds according to the specified deadlines.
* Calculation of the Subscription Tax (Luxembourg) and of other jurisdictional specific Tax obligations.
* Co-ordination of the yearly tax certification process for the jurisdictions where the Luxembourg domiciled funds are registered (Austria, UK and Switzerland).
* Preparation of tax reclaims documentation and other documentation for the custodian and tax authorities.
* Reconciliation of the Tax Reclaim positions between Fund accounting and the (external) Custodian.
* Tax table maintenance and update.

Your profile

* You have a university degree in accounting, finance or IT with a first successful experience calculating fund taxes;
* Solid understanding of accounting principles, the knowledge of fund accounting would be an asset
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, respectful of deadlines and rigorous.
