We are currently supporting an asset manager offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Corporate Officer position.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Law – Regulatory – Funds – CoSec – Legal officer

• You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of UCIs, from incorporation to liquidation.
• You will handle the onboarding process for new funds.
• Regular interaction with the accounting department will be part of your responsibilities, particularly regarding annual account approvals.
• You will liaise with third parties such as banks and notaries.
• You will also be slightly involved in AML/KYC procedures.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, which will allow you to quickly adapt and feel comfortable in your new environment.
• Fluency in English is essential to ensure smooth communication with your various interlocutors.
• You are familiar with investment fund structures such as AIFs and UCITS or UCI, which will help you understand and manage the related responsibilities efficiently.
• This position involves strict deadlines, so strong organizational skills are key to succeeding in this role.

• You will earn a salary of up to €80,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, ensuring a comfortable standard of living.
