Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/x) - 12-month fixed-term contract

Main duties:

We are looking for a Talent attraction specialist to join our Human Resources Team, who will create/maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and support them to attract the best talents.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from the sourcing to the on boarding of the candidate
  • Continuously improve our recruiting process and strategy
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs/goals
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting method and strategy for each specific recruitment
  • Manage job postings in various portals, screen applications, select qualified candidates and ensure an effective communication with all parties throughout the hiring process
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers
  • Optimize the candidate experience
  • Meet the local law and airline regulation during the recruitment process
  • Build strong relationships with key local or business related such as the ADEM (public employment service in Luxembourg), relevant schools and universities
  • Develop the Employer branding, participate in recruitment events
  • Handle administrative duties and backup the Manager for some tasks.


Required profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting
  • Fluency English and French, German as an asset
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Demonstrate analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good team player
  • Digital and creative mindset
  • Demonstrate applicant-tracking software
  • Comfortable with Office Pack
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to work autonomously
  • Proactive and take initiatives.
