We are currently supporting a client in the search for a Transfer Agent to strengthen their team. Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – PFS – Regulatory  - Administration – Finance

• You will oversee a range of transactions, including subscriptions, capital calls, and transfers.
• You will coordinate with clients, auditors, and financial institutions.
• You will manage a portfolio of AIFs in sectors such as Private Equity and Real Estate.
• You will act as the primary point of contact for investors.
• Monitoring and reporting the NAV will be part of your daily responsibilities.
• Collaboration with the AML/KYC team may be required.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – PFS – Regulatory  - Administration – Finance

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting, such as a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg, which will make your onboarding smoother.
• You are knowledgeable about AIFs, which will support your understanding of the tasks at hand.
• You are fluent in English to ensure effective communication with both internal teams and external parties.
• You are capable of working independently, which enhances your efficiency and productivity.

• Your annual salary could reach up to €65,000 gross, plus a bonus, ensuring a high standard of living.
