Une fiduciaire en pleine expansion au Luxembourg recherche un comptable (n/f) qui a une certaine polyvalence dans son travail. Si vous souhaitez travailler dans un environnement humain, avoir un management direct et aimer travailler dans un environnement convivial, ce poste vous conviendra parfaitement. La fiduciaire est située à côté du centre de la ville luxembourgeoise, vous n'aurez donc pas de difficultés à vous garer car il y a des places le long de la fiduciaire, et vous serez dans un environnement dynamique.  Tâches:  
• Vous devrez gérer un portefeuille de clients commerciaux et SOPARFI • Vous devrez valider la comptabilité de votre équipe quotidiennement • Bookeeping • Vous serez en charge également des déclarations fiscales et TVA  Profil:

FINANCIAL REPORTING, SENIOR OFFICER (M/F) DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to represent one of its clients, a large real estate firm, in their search of a Financial Reporting, Senior Officer.THE JOB: This position will support all financial reporting obligations of the company's European entities. This position will work within the Luxembourg accounting team to ensure that all filings in Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and other countries are completed timely. The ability to work within deadlines and be organized are key aspects of this role. Responsibilities:•Monitor all current reporting obligations for the company's European operations and assist managers in ensuring all filings, including Luxembourg annual accounts, are completed timely. Identify new reporting requirements as they arise. •Plan for external audits under FRS 102 and Luxembourg GAAP. Manage audit processes to ensure that deadlines are met. This includes working with Senior Property Accountants and others within the company to respond to auditor requests, organizing and assisting in the financial statement preparation process, and updating managers as to audit status. •Assist in other quarterly and annual reporting requirements of consolidated joint venture under Luxembourg GAAP. This includes reporting to shareholders as well as compliance obligations under debt agreements. •Coordinate with consultants to ensure reporting obligations in Spain and Portugal are completed timely. •Prepare and file all reporting required under BCL obligations. •Assist AML officer in ensuring all reporting requirements with CSSF are met. •Prepare and maintain reporting calendar to ensure that progress is being made towards all reporting deadlines. •Follow the company's existing accounting policies and control framework as outlined in the Company's existing corporate SOX documentation. Functions:•Annual Reporting: Maintain a schedule of all reporting requirements and identify a process and timeline for completing all obligations. Assist managers and help coordinate with other Luxembourg accounting team members to ensure that all annual reporting obligations are prepared timely. Manage annual audits and ensure they are completed within deadlines. Communicate with managers, directors, and CAO as needed on project status. •Quarterly Reporting: Assist with quarterly reporting requirements for joint ventures and other entities as needed. •Other Reporting: Prepare other external reporting obligations on a periodic basis.
