Your Mission:
The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide first and second line technical support to internal staff. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties within this role. Coverage includes the Sopra Steria HQ in Luxembourg as well as remote users at other offices and home workers.
As a Service Desk team member your responsibilities will be:
  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries;
  • Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email;
  • Maintaining an Asset Database and track changes;
  • 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from software to hardware, such as Mobile device, Desktop and Printers, Infrastructure Management (Server, Network, Virtualization, …);
  • Control set-up & working of end user devices such as PCs, printers, mobile terminals, scanners, phones, ...[MB1]
    Troubleshoot basic network issues such as Lease Line broadband issues;

Your Profile:
  • An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential;
  • A knowledge in the following domain would be considered as an asset (level 1):

  • Citrix Xen App (reset profile, kill session, …);
  • VMware basic understanding;
  • MS Office (Marco, VB);

THE JOB:
The Head of Data Technology is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of a data strategy that is aligned with business needs, reflects best practices and increases option value for the business unit or organization. The position is required to interpret, use and apply their knowledge and expertise in data architecture to inform a range of projects.  The role is responsible for creating and maintaining data models and designing associated components related to data transformation, data quality, meta data management, reporting and analytics.  The role is expected to ensure that the data, integration and analytics architecture complies with overall portfolio standards and is designed for appropriate extensibility, security and quality. The Data Technology Lead also serves as a subject matter expert informing data governance initiative.  The role will also oversee internal or offshore Data Engineers and Analysts.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (M/F)
DO Recruitment Advisors are recruiting a Customer Service Analyst for a leading real estate company in Luxembourg. The analyst will report to the Head of Expense Management and will be part of the Vendor Relationship Management team which is handling the day-to-day relationship with the Corporate and Property vendors and managing vendor related tasks and requests.
THE JOB:
·Manage Vendor queries: Monitoring Accounts Payable Inbox to manage all vendor requests and internal queries related to the status of invoices received;
·Vendor reconciliations: Perform Vendor reconciliations for all vendors. Investigate issues, communicate accordingly externally (with vendors) and internally (with treasury, validators and approvers in Yardi) ;
·New Vendor set up: Perform vendor callback for Corporate and Property Management vendors. Approve  new vendors set up in Yardi;
·Vendor relations: Communicate the invoice process to all new vendors;
·Vendor database: Clean and control the vendor database in Yardi, including clean-up of duplicate vendors;

With us you will...

  • Ensure that we are always ahead of potential threats
  • Take a hands-on role in building security monitoring solutions, improving intrusion detection capabilities
  • Handle incidents from a variety of internal systems, actually following up alerts
  • Communicate with end-users within the domain
  • Report regarding the alert/incident happened in the systems
  • Eventually grow into an independent SoC
  • Participate in world-class joint research in the domain of (deep learning, graph based) anomaly detection in massive data
  • Establish systems where individual anomalies are documented and investigated even if they are less than critical
  • Have dedicated people who are responsible for keeping on top of alerts from our monitoring systems as well as evaluating network anomalies reported by other teams

What we expect from you...

  • Degree in security field or equivalent experience (2+ years)
  • Experience in systems engineering with Linux systems (2+ years)
  • Experience in programming (Python, PHP, JavaScript) (2+ years)
  • Experience in security incident response / forensic analysis
  • Experience as SoC analyst / Blue team person
Technical skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, NIDS (Suricata/Snort), ELK stack, Azure cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Python, KQL and a scripting language
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Advanded Threat Protection suite (Defender, CloudAppSecurity, Azure Information Protection)
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection solutions
  • Familiarity with malware analysis / reverse engineering
  • Familiarity with forensic investigation methods
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking and security concepts such as attack vectors, threat tactics and attacker techniques
Soft Skills:
  • An open mind, willingness to be challenged and strong desire to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal in a high pressure environment (IT Security, Compliance, Windows Server and Backoffice, NOC and Developer teams teams)
