Providing assurance to thesenior management that regulatory compliance risks are managed effectively within the licensed entity; Formulating and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and group policies; Identifying regulatory compliance risks and establishing effective controls; escalatingpotential regulatory and policy breaches and conduct issues to senior management; Monitoring of regional regulatory and law changes, performing regulatory impact assessments and leading regulatory implementation projects to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are advised and in full compliance with these requirements; Overseeingthe outsourcing framework ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements; Managing the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan and the relevant thematic reviews; Providing regulatory advice to the Business teams in relation to the launch of new products and services; Supporting the regulatory reporting process; Supporting key regulatory projects of the EMEA Compliance team; Working closely with other internal control functions to ensure overall compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, hard-working, confident self-starterwith strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills, experienced in the regulatorycompliance in payments or financial services industry, and with demonstrable ability to effectively and proactively engage and partner with the business in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
