            providing regulatory advice to relevant business and/or infrastructure areas
            and typically has regional coverage. The Senior Business Advisor supports the

              <li> Regular quality testings in accordance with DWS Group AML standards,

              <li> Supporting and advising business divisions on daily AFC matters, </li>
              <li> Acting as a direct contact point for staff of the fund management
                company to raise concerns in a confidential environment in relation to AFC
                matters, when improper activities are suspected, </li>
              <li> Reporting to Senior Management. </li>

          <p>The Chief Risk Office (CRO) within DWS is an independent function responsible

          <p>CRO is responsible for ensuring that DWS meets its regulatory and contractual
            commitments as well as the expectations of clients, shareholders and
            regulators that the organisation “does what is right rather than just what is
            allowed”. CRO seeks to protect DWS against losses and reputational damage,

          <p>CRO has been designed to balance the need for alignment with the DWS business
            whilst maintaining independence and strong relationships with DB Group key

          <h3>About the Job</h3>
          <p>The Investment Risk team is responsible for the independent risk oversight of
            investment risk of DWS fiduciary portfolios. In this role, it designs and
            executes the risk programs to control and manage market, liquidity and
            counterparty risk of fiduciary portfolios. This includes the regular
            monitoring analysis, and reporting of risk to portfolio management and DWS
            management board. In addition, Investment Risk is responsible for the
            portfolio risk identification and measurement process including the adequate
            usage of risk models. Investment Risk analyses upcoming regulations in order
            to adapt its investment risk program to ensure regulatory compliance.</p>

              <li>Monitor and analyse portfolio risks across a variety of asset classes,
                risk types and investment strategies, including amongst others execution
                and analysis of Liquidity Risk Indicators, Global Exposure including VaR
                and Tracking Error and/or Stress Testing results.</li>
              <li>Determination of funds’ risk profile and assessment of the the risk
                utilizations of the product vs, the defined risk profile of the product.

              <li>Develop and prepare reports and dashboards to highlight risk and
                facilitate escalation to investment platform, senior management and other
                oversight bodies.</li>
              <li>Support DWS liquidity risk contingency planning, and implementation and
                execution of liquidity management tools.</li>
              <li>Support risk model development and administration including the
                execution of model performance analysis.</li>
              <li>Contribute to team’s projects and DWS working groups.</li>
              <li>Support in the implementation of new risk concepts into Investment
                Risk’s existing risk programs including design, specification and testing
                of liquidity risk statistic for IT implementation.</li>
              <li>Assist with the creation of policies, procedures and process
                documentation.</li>
              <li>Support and execute data quality management processes related to risk
                management.</li>
              <li>Track the regulatory developments as well as market standards around
                risk management with a focus on – but not limited to - the European
                regulatory framework for Investment Funds</li>

<p>Today we are assisting one of our client, a global leading law firm for the recruitment of a Coporate Investment fund Lawyer</p><br/><p>The Job</p><br/><p>The successful candidate will have a broad diet of legal work and advise clients about the full spectrum of investment funds, all major investment strategies and all stages of an investment fund's life cycle. Our areas of focus include:  </p><br/><br/>
• Supporting to structure, establish and market regulated and unregulated investment funds of all types;<br/>• Working with Partners to structure and set up of Luxembourg Alternative Investment Fund Managers and asset management entities;<br/>• Structuring and establishment of carried interest vehicles;<br/>• Review, drafting and/or negotiation of contractual relationships with investment funds’ managers, advisors and service providers;<br/>• Conducting and advising on regulatory processes with the financial supervisory authorities;<br/>• Conducting investors’ review and negotiation of the terms of their investments in Luxembourg or foreign investment funds; and<br/>• Resolution of disputes between managers and their service providers, and between managers and investors (from either perspective).<br/><p> </p><br/><p>ABOUT YOU </p><br/><p>The successful candidate with have the following experience and qualifications: </p><br/><br/>
• Master’s degree in Law - admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage<br/>• Significant experience advising a range of clients on all types of investment funds<br/>• Prior experience advising on global investment funds and working across multiple jurisdictions<br/>• Being collaborative, inclusive and approachable with strong values and a purpose driven mindset <br/>• Experience of leading matters and building client relationships.
