(Junior) Accountant for a dynamic commercial company (French mandatory)

To develop our Finance team, we are hiring a dynamic

(Junior) Accountant for a dynamic commercial company

In this function - that you will be able to significantly improve– you will be a direct report to the CFO, have regular contacts with both our suppliers and customers, and participate actively to the improvement of our new ERP (NetSuite).

Your role

You are responsible of:

• Accounts receivables:

      Book, on a daily basis, the bank statements (10 accounts in 3 currencies) with the payments received from customers.

      Leverage our ERP to automatically match as many banks movements as possible. The goal is to allow you, in a medium term, to focus on other tasks.

      Ensure the Account Receivablesare matched by contacting customers if you need details or explanations on payments.

      Generate payments from customers: “Traite” for France and Direct Debit

      Optimize the DSO (Days of Sales Outstanding) in order reduce it as much as possible.

• Accounts payables:

      Book,on a daily basis, the bills (OPEX and CAPEX).

NB :Here as well, our ERP has a lot’s of possibilities to automatize this process.

      Be a support/back-up for the booking of bills related to purchases orders from and expenses from employees.

• Miscellaneous tasks:

      Support for the Monthly closing / Management of fixed assets / Intercompany reconciliations

      Follow-up subsidies from Office Ducroire

      Participation to projects within the company

Your skills

• You are dynamic;
• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent experience);
• A fewyears of professional experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting… is an asset;
• You are fluent in French and at ease in English;
• You rather find solutions than highlight problems;
• You are hands-on and polyvalent – a key quality within a small-scalecompany;
• Excel is your best friend;
• You don’t have all the above skills but are definitely a nice person willing to acquire them.
