The opportunity
As part of the Business Transformation Consulting team, you will collaborate on challenging projects alongside high performing professionals from different backgrounds.
Your key responsibilities
Together we will advise clients on executive level in the Financial Services industry to improve or transform their businesses, optimize their capabilities and help them drive sustainable growth and manage risk while achieving excellence. You can expect to work with team members across various topics, including business strategy and transformation, revenue improvement, customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory change. You will develop your own network of clients/ professionals while developing your technical expertise.
Skills and attributes for success
You have experience with clients in financial services (Asset Management, Banking, Private Equity, Real Estate…) as well as outstanding records of academic, professional or extracurricular achievement. You have strong analytical skills, a capacity to think strategically and superior problem-solving skills.
To qualify for the role you must have
- An excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: management, business administration, economics or finance
- 5-8 years of relevant consulting experience
- A relevant Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2…)
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in both English and French or German.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Any additional language skills are considered an asset.
