Cash Management Agent (m/f)

Our client offers a complete solution for fund companies and distributors. We are currently looking for successful candidate to fill the position of:

Cash Management Agent (m/f)

This function is suited to someone with a real motivation, hands-on attitude and able to propose creative solutions in a “start-up” working spirit.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitor outgoing cash and incoming cash;
• Monitor complaints from customers or counterparties;
• Match amounts received from the clients and TA’s;
• Analyze the cash suspense;
• Reconcile cash entries with the client’s cash accounts and transactions;
• Pay the clients and TA’s in function of the different cut offs;
• Work in the Cash Management team to operate payments monitoring with our banking partners (MT103, MT202), trades and payments matching and reconciliation for both mutual and hedge funds;
• Work in coordination with the different teams (trading, corporate actions, TA, etc.).

Profile :

• Bac + 2 (DUT / BTS) in Financial services or similar;
• +1-year experience minimum in a similar function;
• Able to adapt to different situations;
• Reliable, Flexible and Dynamic;
• Positive attitude and team player;
• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task;
• Excellent written and spoken English. French and/or other languages is a plus;
• Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
