Your tasks

  • Be the Client Key Contact for our clients' property rights portfolios, in particular this includes the formal processing of trademarks in English and German (French is considered as an asset)
  • Support our international clients in solving pending issues regarding the maintenance of their trademark portfolios and handle the daily correspondence
  • Act as a link between our clients and our local outside counsels
  • Independent and responsible input of data into the internal system as well as administration, maintenance and monitoring of deadlines
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external providers on the full life circle of the trademark portfolio
  • Process and co-ordination invoices
  • Monitor and perform the ongoing reporting process
  • If required, training of internal employees from other Dennemeyer locations with regard to formal processing of property rights

Your profile

  • University/ Business School degree in Business Administration or similar
  • A first working experience will be considered as an asset
  • Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Precise and autonomous way of working
  • Analytical thinking, Solution-oriented attitude as well as the ability to understand business context and to use this knowledge in a practical and innovative way
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines
  • Proactive, team player and able to work productively under pressure
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory (written and spoken); French is considered as an asset
